General terms of use

Mécénat d'Entreprise is a directory connecting French general-interest associations seeking sponsors with companies wishing to support them (financial, skills-based or in-kind sponsorship). Registering an association is free.

In consideration for its presence in the directory, the association undertakes to publish and maintain, on a public page of its website, a « do-follow » partner link to alumni.space (text link or supplied banner). This link is a condition for publishing the listing.

The link's presence is checked automatically every day. If it disappears: a reminder email on the detection day, a second 48 h later, then the listing goes offline after 72 hours. The association can restore the link and re-run the check from its area. [Delays configurable by the editor.]

The association warrants that it is a lawfully constituted general-interest entity, that the person registering is authorised, and that the information provided is accurate. The editor reserves the right to refuse or remove any non-compliant listing.

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

The editor acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the sponsorship relationships formed between associations and companies. It cannot be held liable for the content of linked third-party sites.
